How it works

This site promotes the lots. Bids are always placed on the auction's official platform. Here is the step-by-step:

  1. 1. Choose the lot

    Browse the lots here on the site. Each lot shows photos, a description, the starting bid, the closing date and where the auction takes place.

  2. 2. Check where the auction runs

    Most lots are auctioned on Superbid. Some are run by another auctioneer — this is shown on the lot page, next to the bid button.

  3. 3. Register on the auction platform

    You need an approved account on the platform named (Superbid or another) to place bids. Registration is done directly on the auction site.

  4. 4. Read the terms (edital)

    The edital sets out the auction rules: payment methods, the auctioneer's commission, collection deadlines and the condition of the asset. Always read it before bidding.

  5. 5. Place your bid

    On the lot page, use the “Place bid” button to go straight to the official auction floor. Follow it until it closes — last-minute bids can extend the time.

  6. 6. Won it? Follow the platform's instructions

    Payment and collection follow the edital and the auction platform. Gama Leilões follows the process and is available to help.

Frequently asked questions

Does Gama Leilões run the auction?
No. This site promotes the lots; bids are always placed on the auction's official platform (usually Superbid, sometimes another auctioneer). Gama Leilão is the auction house responsible for the lots listed here.
Do I have to pay to place a bid?
There is no cost to register or bid. The winning bidder pays the bid amount plus the auctioneer's commission (usually 5%) and any fees set out in each auction's terms (edital).
How do I take part in a real-estate, vehicle or machinery auction?
Pick the lot on the site, click “Place bid” to reach the official platform, create and verify your account there, read the edital and follow the sale until it closes.
Are the Comprei/PGFN properties also auctions?
No. They are direct sales from the Brazilian federal government: you send a proposal through our team via the WhatsApp shown on the lot page. There is no competitive bidding.
Can I inspect the asset before bidding?
It depends on the lot. The edital states whether viewing is allowed and how to book it. If in doubt about a specific lot, contact our team via WhatsApp or the contact page.
How do I sell an asset at auction with Gama?
